View logs in Zero Touch PKI

On the Logs page, review logs for events such as user sign-in attempts, certificate requests, certificates issued, and expiry emails.

To view logs

  1. Sign in to Zero Touch PKI.
  2. Click Logs.
  3. Click Filter Results.
  4. Add any of the following filters:

    • Event: Full or partial event name.
    • Description: Full or partial event description.
    • Email: Email address for the user in the event.
    • Date Range: In a date picker, the earliest and latest event dates (UTC).
    • Account: If you have multiple accounts, the account under which the event occurred.
    • Organization: If you selected an account, an organization for the account.
  5. Click Filter Results.

  6. (Optional) To download the results as a CSV, click Download Filtered Logs.
