Manage subscriptions

Subscriptions are email notifications about certificate-related events that you configure in your user profile.

As a Requestor, use subscriptions to get notified when certificate requests are approved or rejected. As an Account Admin or Organization Admin, use them to get notified about the Requests Queue.

To manage subscriptions

  1. Sign in to Zero Touch PKI.
  2. At top right, click the user icon and select Manage Profile.
  3. In Log Subscriptions, click Edit Subscriptions.

Editing subscriptions

  1. Do one of the following:

    • Select subscriptions to add.
    • Clear subscriptions to remove.
  2. Click Save.

Subscription types

Subscriptions have the following types:

Subscription Description
CERT_REQUEST_APPROVAL_REQUIRED Notifies when a certificate request requires approval.
CERT_REQUEST_APPROVED Notifies when a certificate request is approved.
CERT_REQUEST_FAILED Notifies when a certificate request fails.
CERT_REQUEST_REJECTED Notifies when a certificate request is rejected.
CERTIFICATE_REVOKED Notifies when a certificate is revoked.
