Manage the Requests Queue¶
In the Requests Queue, you can approve or reject certificates that require approval. Such certificates have the status Approval Required in their certificate policy. Only users with the Requestor role need approval—and only if that status has been set.
Prerequisites¶
- A certificate policy with
Approval Requiredenabled. To request this option, contact CyberArk Support. - An Account Admin or Organizational Admin role.
- To get email notifications, in your user profile, the
CERT_REQUEST_APPROVAL_REQUIREDevent enabled. - For the Requestor to get email notifications, in their user profile, the appropriate events enabled (for example,
CERT_REQUEST_APPROVAL_APPROVED).
To approve a certificate request¶
- Sign in to Zero Touch PKI.
- Click Requests Queue.
- Click the certificate.
- Click Approve Request. Zero Touch PKI issues the certificate and emails the Requestor, if they have enabled notifications.
To reject a certificate request¶
- Sign in to Zero Touch PKI.
- Click Requests Queue.
- Click the certificate.
- Click Reject Request. Zero Touch PKI rejects the request and emails the Requestor, if they have enabled notifications.
