Data retention and open source

CyberArk standard termination terms are in our SaaS Terms of Service, section 12. Zero Touch PKI data is subject to an extended retention period of no less than seven years, following best practices provided by the CA/B Forum for both public and private CAs. The applicable retention period is stated at the following link under the section “HydrantID Managed PKI and Trusted Digital Certificate Services”: Data Processing Specifications.

If applicable, and to the extent any third-party components distributed with Zero Touch PKI are licensed under open-source licenses requiring the software licensor to make available a copy of the license, the source code and/or modifications to source code, then such copy or copies may be requested by contacting your sales representative or opening a support ticket. This offer to obtain a copy is valid through the supported term of the product.
