Setting email sign-in passwords

If an administrator has enabled the email sign-in option for a user's TLS Protect Cloud™ account, that user will need to set their own email sign-in password.

Only administrators can enable or disable email sign-ins for accounts, as this feature is intended for enhanced security.

Prerequisites

Before you can complete the following procedure, a Control Plane administrator must first enable the email sign-in option on your user account. If you feel you need local account login access in addition to SSO, please contact an administrator.

To set an email sign-in password

  1. Sign in to TLS Protect Cloud.

  2. Click your account avatar in the top-right corner and then click Account.

The Account menu item is only visible when you have not yet set your email sign-in account password.

  3. Follow the on-screen prompts to create your email sign-in account password.
