Setting my email sign-in password

If an administrator has enabled the email sign-in option for your Certificate Manager - SaaS account, you must set your own email sign-in password.

Prerequisites

  • Before you can complete the following task, a Certificate Manager - SaaS administrator must first enable the email sign-in option on your user account. If you feel you need email sign-in access in addition to SSO, please contact an administrator.
  • You must have access to the inbox of your registered email address to complete this process. If you're unable to receive email, contact your Certificate Manager - SaaS administrator for assistance.

To set an email sign-in password

  1. Sign in to Venafi Control Plane.

  2. If your administrator has enabled email sign-in for your account, click Forgot password? on the sign-in page.

  3. Follow the instructions sent to your registered email address to set your email sign-in password.
