Managing user account access¶

Users whose accounts have been deactivated (disabled) are not shown in the User list by default.

To view deacivated users, or to reactivate a deactivated account, use the following procedure:

1. Sign in to Venafi Control Plane.

2. Click Settings > Users.

3. In the filter bar, click Active Users.

4. Click Disabled Users.
5. To reactivate a specific user, locate their account, then turn on the Enabled switch.
