Reset your password for Certificate Manager - SaaS

If you sign in to Certificate Manager - SaaS using an email address and password, you can reset your password if you forget it or if your account is locked due to multiple failed attempts.

To regain access to your account:

  1. On the sign-in page, click Forgot Password?.

  2. Enter the email address associated with your account and click Send Reset Password Link.

  3. Check your email inbox for a password reset message.

    Note

    If you don't receive an email within a few minutes, check your spam folder.

  4. Click the link in the email to create a new password.

    This link is valid for 10 minutes.

Unlock your account

To protect your data from brute-force attacks, the system locks your account for 24 hours after 10 consecutive incorrect password attempts. When your account is locked, you cannot sign in even if you enter the correct password.

To unlock your account, do one of the following:

  • Wait: Your account automatically unlocks 24 hours after the last failed attempt.

  • Reset: Click Forgot Password? on the sign-in page. Successfully completing a password reset unlocks your account immediately.
