Monitoring TLS Protect Cloud system status¶
TLS Protect Cloud publishes real-time system status information at status.venafi.cloud. This page helps you understand the operational health of TLS Protect Cloud services and infrastructure at a glance.
The status page is your single source of truth for:
- Current service availability
- Recent incidents
- Scheduled maintenance
- Historical uptime and outages
Each major TLS Protect Cloud component is listed by country code, along with its current operational status. This typically includes:
- Authentication
- Discovery
- Certificate Issuance
- Certificate Installation
- Certificate Monitoring
- Notifications
- VSatellite
- Firefly
- Dev Central
- Control Plane
The page uses color-coded indicators so you can quickly see which services are operational, degraded, or down.
Using the Status Page¶
1. Check During an Issue¶
If you're experiencing problems using TLS Protect Cloud, check status.venafi.cloud before opening a support case. If there's a known issue, it will be listed on the page with real-time updates from our operations team.
2. View past incidents¶
Scroll down or click the Past Incidents tab to view recent and resolved issues. Each entry includes timestamps, impact details, and resolution notes.
3. Subscribe to Updates¶
You can subscribe to automatic updates via:
- SMS
- Slack
- Atom / RSS feed
Click the Subscribe to Updates button at the top of the page to choose your preferred method. This ensures you’re notified immediately when an incident occurs or is resolved.
When to Use Support Instead¶
If:
- Your issue is not listed on the status page
- You need help troubleshooting a specific use case
- You’re seeing errors only in your environment
Then contact CyberArk Support for direct assistance. The status page only reflects known, global service issues—not account-specific problems.
Transparency and Trust¶
We believe in transparency. The status page is always available and maintained independently of our core systems. Even during a widespread outage, you can trust that status.venafi.cloud will remain live.
