Create a custom report¶
Create custom reports to surface the information you need and help prevent outages.
Permissions¶
You must be an administrator to create custom reports.
Create a custom report¶

Click Insights > Custom Reports.

Click New.
The Create a custom report window opens.
Step 1: Report Details¶
In Report Details, enter the following:
- Name
- Description
Click Continue.
Step 2: Configure Report¶
In Configure Report, do the following:
- Under Report Template choose one: <<<<<<< HEAD

- Custom Reports to create your own filter criteria.

- In Filter Certificates By, click Add Filter to add or modify criteria.
- In Columns Selector, choose the columns to include.

In Report Preview review the first 20 results and selected columns. Adjust the filters as needed.

Click Continue.
Step 3: Schedule and Export¶
In Schedule and Export, choose when and how to run the report.

Choose between Scheduled or Manual run.
Choose Scheduled Run to run automatically at a specified interval.
- Select the Repeat interval (Daily, Weekly, Monthly).
- Choose the time of day the report should run.
- Depending on the Repeat interval, specify other settings as required.
- Choose Manual Run to create the report immediately without scheduling.
- Under the Format, choose CSV. (Currently, CSV is the only available format.)

- Primary Recipients
- CC Recipients
- BCC Recipients
Under Email Recipients, select users or groups for the following:
You must specify at least one recipient in any of the recipient categories.
Choose Manual Run to create an unscheduled report that you will run on demand.
- Under Format, choose CSV. (Currently, CSV is the only available format.)

Click Save.
The report creation modal closes. The drawer opens for the new report.

Click Run Now to create the report.
- After the report runs, click Download to save it locally.
