Understanding Custom Reports¶
The Custom Reports inventory in Certificate Manager - SaaS shows categorized prebuilt and custom reports that help you analyze certificate activity. It shows what data you can track, helping you prevent outages and make informed decisions.
Report inventory¶
Like other lists in Certificate Manager - SaaS, the inventory displays all your custom reports. Use Filters to find specific reports. Click a report to view its details.
The inventory displays the first 25 reports. Use the pagination buttons at the bottom of the inventory to see additional reports, or use the Rows per page option to see more than 25 reports at a time.
Hover over a column header to display an action menu. Depending on the column, you can filter, sort, pin, or hide it. You can also Manage Columns to show or hide specific columns.
Individual report details¶
Click a report name to open its details in a slide-out drawer.
At the top of the drawer, you can access buttons to run, download, or delete the report.
The drawer includes tabs for Details, Configuration, and Schedule and Export, which reflect the steps used to create the report.
Details, Configuration, and Schedule tabs¶
The Details tab shows the report name, description, and metadata such as creation date, last run, and last execution status.
Use the Configuration tab to manage report filters and column settings.
The Schedule and Export tab displays scheduling and export options.
Permissions¶
Only administrators can access and use Custom Reports.
