Certificates that are about to expire are a source of concern when they could potentially cause a business outage.
Certificates can easily be renewed using OutagePREDICT.
To renew a certificate in OutagePREDICT
Locate the certificate you want to renew.
- In the Certificate inventory list, select the certificate you want to renew.
- In Renew a Certificate, enter the Application name.
From the list, choose the appropriate Issuing Template.
When you select the template, you'll see the policy requirements for that template.
(Optional) Change the default validity period.
Generate and upload a CSR.
Click Renew Certificate.
When the new certificate is ready, you'll receive a notification containing instructions on how to download it.
