Issuer Certificates for Firefly¶
The Issuer Certificates page is an inventory of certificates issued to or from a Firefly.
Each Firefly server is issued a CA certificate, and the inventory shows what configuration was used to generate the CA certificate. For each Firefly server, the inventory shows the number of certificate issued by that Firefly. These are grouped by the validity period of the issued certificates.
- Long Lived Certs are any certificates with a validity period of that is greater than (or equal to) 90 days.
- Short Lived Certs are any certificates with a validity period greater than (or equal to 7 days), but less than 90 days.
- Ultra Short Lived Certs are any certificates with a validity period of less than 7 days.
The inventory page is the standard Firefly and TLS Protect Cloud inventory page, which allows you to filter, sort, and export content.
Why can't I create a new certificate here?¶
The issuance of new certificates is the job of the Firefly server(s) you have created.
