Onboard users in Certificate Manager - SaaS

To get started with Code Sign Manager - SaaS, you first need to invite users to create Certificate Manager - SaaS accounts. Any user of Code Sign Manager - SaaS must have a Certificate Manager - SaaS account. There isn't a separate user account system specifically for Certificate Manager - SaaS.

Role requirements

  • Administrative tasks in Code Sign Manager - SaaS must be performed by a user with either the System Administrator or PKI Administrator role.

  • Users who act as Project Owners must have either the System Administrator or PKI Administrator role.

  • Users who act as Authorized Signers only need an account in Certificate Manager - SaaS and may hold any Certificate Manager - SaaS role.

After onboarding

Once users have been created in Certificate Manager - SaaS, you can:

  • Assign them as Project Owners to manage specific Projects.
  • Add them as Authorized Signers on projects so they can use associated Signing Keys.
  • Assign them to Teams.

These assignments determine what actions a user can perform in Code Sign Manager - SaaS.
